Service Description

silvorithanus.com provides financial coaching and educational services. Our individual coaching programme is priced at £350 per course. Services include personalised financial guidance, strategy development, and ongoing support.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in advance of service delivery
  • Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our cancellation policy
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel coaching sessions with 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in forfeiture of session fees. Course refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been conducted.

  • Attend scheduled sessions punctually
  • Implement strategies at your own discretion and risk
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methods

Limitation of Liability

silvorithanus.com's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for investment losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from our coaching services.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and financial details. Clients agree to keep proprietary coaching methods confidential.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
